After signing up, you will receive your dree XL laundry bag(s) in the mail.

Please schedule your fist pickup at least seven days out to allow time for your bag to arrive in the mail. You will be given a tag for your bag to ensure your laundry is tracked by your account and returned to you. It is important that you do not remove your tag and make sure it is on your bag prior to every pickup. You will always have the same bags. Your dree XL bag will be laundered with each service to ensure everything is returned clean.

Please remember to spot treat any stains and check all pockets prior to placing items in your dree bag for pickup. Also look for anything that might accidentally make it into your bag. (e.g. stuffed animals, toys, car keys, air tags, etc.)

Place your bag out on your porch prior to your scheduled pickup. There is a $5 fee if your bag is not out for pickup on time or if there is a same day cancelation.
