While we strive to provide high-quality laundering services and use all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to clothes, there is a possibility for items to be damaged or lost. Damaged or lost items must be reported to dree, inc through our Claim Form within five business days of return. Damaged items will need to be collected for inspection. This can be arranged with your next pick up or by contacting our customer support at [email protected]. Please see section 9 of our Terms of Service for more information. We will work to make things right. Our customers are our priority.

dree, inc. shall not take responsibility for any loose items, including without limitation, watches, jewelry, cufflinks, and other personal items which are not typically included as part of an order for laundering services, which are lost. Additionally, dree, inc. is not liable for items misplaced before pick up or after delivery.
